At Windsor Dentistry we have built our practice around a unique practice philosophy called relationship dentistry.  We actively listen to our patients to understand their desires and concerns. We give each patient friendly and personalized attention and are known for developing meaningful relationships. From the moment you walk in our door, you’ll be personally cared for by a team who knows you and your family by name. We pride ourselves on taking the time to explain your diagnosis and treatment options, and inform you about each procedure as we progress with your treatment. We believe the best patient is as educated patient and want to assist you in making informed decisions about your oral health. We are committed to improving and maintaining your oral health in an effort to achieve optimal, overall health. Every procedure performed in this office will be accomplished to the very best of our abilities, and our abilities will never cease to grow or improve. By virtue of our continuous quest for excellence, we are committed to staying at the forefront of the latest technological and clinical advances in dentistry through continuing education. Our practice is our passion, and to this end we are constantly reinvesting in our education, equipment, and facilities. 


FEES

The fees in our practice are based on the care, skill, time and materials needed to help you achieve optimal, oral health. The fee for your particular treatment will be discussed fully with you prior to treatment. All payments are due at the time services are rendered. If necessary, we will work with you to devise a payment plan that suits your needs. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and personal checks. Also, we are happy to provide interest free financing options available through CareCredit.


INSURANCE

Our office is insurance friendly as a non-participating provider on most insurance plans. While we do not accept insurance as a primary form of payment, we will complete all necessary forms electronically, free of charge, to expedite financial reimbursement to you. You will receive these insurance benefits directly from the insurance company. When necessary, we also submit narratives and documentation to your insurance company concerning treatment provided.


APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

You will receive a text, e-mail or phone call to confirm your appointment time. We understand that, on occasion, cancellations are necessary, particularly due to illness. Please remember that each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and without adequate time to fill the missed appointment, no patient care is possible. We request that at least 24 hours notice must be given if a cancellation is absolutely necessary. Please schedule a time that is most convenient for you.
