Albert Heffez, DDS & Jennifer Lombardo, DDS
When Jennifer Lombardo DDS and Albert Heffez DDS first connected at New York University -School of Dentistry, they knew that they shared a passion for enhancing oral health. What they didn’t know then was how that connection would grow into a marriage, a family, and Windsor Dentistry.
After completing their undergraduate degrees, hers in Biology at SUNY Stonybrook , and his in Psychology at NYU, both doctors completed dental school and moved onto their residencies. Dr. Lombardo served as a resident in General Dentistry at Lutheran Medical Center. At the same time, Dr. Heffez served as Chief Resident in Dental Surgery at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center. While residency and countless hours of continuing education afforded both doctors the opportunity to develop their clinical skills, they dreamed of a way to help patients more personally, with a focus on preventive care and overall wellness. With those values in mind, Windsor Dentistry began.
Today it’s a family focused practice where people of all ages can get the dental care they need, compassionately and with consideration for their lifestyle and whole-body health. Most patients see both Dr. Lombardo and Dr. Heffez at some point during their years of care, since they each have advanced training in specific areas, making Windsor Dentistry a dental home for patients with varying needs.
Dr. Lombardo focuses on Preventive Dentistry, Minimally Invasive Restorative Dentistry, Cavity Control, Cosmetic Dentistry including Veneers, Aligner Therapy and Dentures.
Dr.Heffez focuses on Implants Restorations, Veneers, Sleep Apnea Therapy, TMJ Therapy, Cosmetic Dentistry and Full Mouth Reconstruction.
Since their days at NYU, they’ve grown together to have many other common interests: two daughters, a dog Winston, renovating their neighborhood home. But it’s still the drive to help others on their journey to achieve optimal health that professionally ties them together.

Dr. Vasiliki Batalias
Specialist in Periodontics
Dr. Vasiliki Batalias is a skilled periodontist specializing in advanced periodontal surgery and dental implant therapy. With extensive training and a strong academic foundation, Dr. Batalias is dedicated to restoring oral health, function, and aesthetics through precision-based, evidence-driven care.
Dr. Batalias completed New York University’s highly selective Seven-Year Combined Degree Program, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the NYU College of Dentistry. She then pursued advanced specialty education, earning a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Periodontics, where she received comprehensive training in dental implant placement, bone regeneration, soft tissue grafting, and complex periodontal surgical procedures.
Her commitment to excellence has been recognized through numerous academic honors, including an NYU College of Dentistry Academic Scholarship, induction into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society, participation in the NYU Periodontics Honors Program, and placement on the Dean’s List. Dr. Batalias also served as a Teaching Assistant in Periodontic Education at NYU, reflecting her depth of knowledge in surgical periodontics and implant therapy.
Dr. Batalias is passionate about advancing patient care beyond the clinical setting and has participated in community outreach programs such as the Special Olympics Special Smiles Program and dental initiatives providing screenings and oral health education to underserved populations. She is also a member of the Archangel Michael Ladies Philoptochos, supporting philanthropic efforts within the community.
Married to Dr. Jorge Matos, an orthodontist, Dr. Batalias is the proud mother of three children—Sofia, Theodora, and John. She is deeply committed to combining advanced surgical expertise with compassionate care to help patients achieve long-lasting, healthy, and confident smiles.
Dr. Cherie Walsh, DMD
Diplomate, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry
Dr. Cherie Walsh graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Binghamton University and completed her dental degree at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. After completing a General Dentistry Residency at Interfaith Medical Center, she then moved to South Carolina working as an Associate Dentist in Sumter. It was there where her love for the pediatric community grew, leading her to return to New York to pursue training as a Pediatric Dental Specialist at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Walsh is Board Certified and is a current Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is an active member of the American Association of Pediatric Dentists as well as the New York State Dental Association and National Dental Association. In addition, Dr. Walsh is an Attending Dentist at Mount Sinai Hospital where she spends time teaching and training residents in the Pediatric Dental Residency program.
Based on her own great experiences at the dental office as a child, Dr. Walsh seeks to make every visit to the dentist educational, gentle, and fun! Her goal is to provide quality care to her young patients; while making every patient feel comfortable in the chair, and helping every patient and parent learn the skills to establish good oral health habits.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Walsh is most likely to be found at a Broadway show or exploring the city with her French bulldog, Atticus.
Lauren D’ Elia, DMD
Board Certified Endodontist
Dr. Lauren D’Elia is a Board-Certified Endodontist dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. Known for her exceptionally calming demeanor and empathetic chairside manner, she prioritizes patient comfort to ensure every procedure is as painless and stress-free as possible.
Dr. D’Elia specializes in a comprehensive range of endodontic treatments. Her expertise includes surgical and non-surgical root canal therapy, pediatric and regenerative procedures, traumatic dental injuries, and internal bleaching.
A lifelong New Yorker, Dr. D’Elia graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Wagner College before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Recognized for clinical excellence, she was inducted into the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society and received the prestigious Excellence in Endodontics Award.
Driven to achieve the highest level of mastery in her field, she immediately extended her time at Rutgers to pursue advanced specialty studies, earning her Advanced Specialty Certificate in Endodontics. To further elevate her diagnostic precision and clinical capabilities, Dr. D’Elia also completed a comprehensive training program in Implant Dentistry through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). This specialized education provides her with an exceptionally deep understanding of advanced treatment planning, allowing her to successfully save and treat complex, severely compromised, or cracked teeth.
Dr. D’Elia maintains active memberships in the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the New York State Dental Association (NYSDA). Outside the clinic, she lives in Brooklyn with her husband, Jeff, and their two children, Emma and Chase. She enjoys fitness, family time, and relaxing by the beach or lake.
Tiffany Wright, RDH
Dental Hygienist
Tiffany believes that excellent dental care starts with kindness, advanced prevention, and exceptional training. She earned her degree from the Hostos Community College Registered Dental Hygiene program and has spent over five years building a reputation for her gentle hands and welcoming personality. She specializes in creating a relaxing, judgment-free environment where patients feel safe and meticulously cared for.
For Tiffany, dental hygiene is the ultimate tool for proactive wellness. She is highly skilled in advanced periodontal therapy and is proud to offer Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) utilizing Airflow technology. This modern, spa-like approach allows her to remove biofilm and stains with maximum comfort and zero scraping. By combining cutting-edge preventive technology with personalized education, Tiffany helps you understand the vital connection between a healthy mouth and a healthy body.
A true New Yorker at heart, Tiffany loves taking advantage of all the city has to offer. On her days off, you can usually find her discovering local live music venues, checking out the city's vibrant dining scene, or unwinding with a good book.
Jennifer Pineiro, RDH
Dental Hygienist
With over 14 years of clinical experience, Jen is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist specializing in the prevention, diagnosis, and non-surgical treatment of periodontal disease. Throughout her career, Jen has worked closely with patients of all ages, helping them achieve optimal oral health through personalized care, education, and evidence-based periodontal therapy.
With a strong background in periodontal care, Jen brings a comprehensive approach to oral health that goes beyond cleanings. Having worked extensively in a periodontal specialty office, she has developed advanced skills in managing gum disease, providing deep cleanings (scaling and root planing), and educating patients on the vital link between oral and overall health.
A big part of her focus is treating and managing periodontal (gum) disease. She uses the latest technique called Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT)—a gentle, modern approach that uses AIRFLOW® technology to remove plaque and bacteria in a way that’s both effective and comfortable. It’s a game-changer for keeping gums healthy and preventing long-term issues. Whether managing early-stage gingivitis or more advanced periodontitis, she brings clinical precision, empathy, and a commitment to excellence to every patient interaction.
When she’s not in the office, Jen enjoys running, spending time with her family and taking her "Sato",rescue dog Stella, on long walks in the park.
